Website privacy

Updated October 10, 2026. This page covers anciltech.com. Individual apps have their own privacy information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics.” It measures page visits, the campaign that brought you here, product and external-link clicks, and starts and completions of demonstration videos. It helps identify which articles and marketing channels people find useful.

Analytics may process your IP address, browser and device information, referrer, and cookie identifiers. Google processes this information to provide analytics reports. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website tag. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, or app activity to website analytics.

Only the page path and four campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, and content) are included in the page address sent to analytics. Other query parameters and fragments are removed. Referrers are reduced to their website origin.

Your choice

Accepting allows Google Analytics to store its analytics cookies. Declining prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading. Your choice is saved in your browser for 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page to change it. Withdrawing permission disables collection, removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies, and reloads the page.

We also honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics disabled. The website works when analytics is declined, blocked, or unavailable.

Hosting and external links

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Your browser sends network information, including your IP address, when requesting the website and its assets. App Store and GitHub links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
